Bay City Section 8 Applications

Applications will be taken from February 15, 2023 thru February 16, 2023.
List of required Identification as follows:
Applicants must have their ORIGINAL Birth Certificates
ID/Driver’s License
Social Security Cards for ALL household individuals! (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Applicants please bring in documentation during the scheduled times below:
Applications will be taken from 8AM – 12 Noon on both days. February 15th-February 16th.

Mission

The Bay City Housing Authority mission includes providing safe, decent, sanitary, and improved living conditions for every low-income family.

The Bay City Housing Authority promotes its mission through helping tenants maintain rent payments at an affordable level and by providing qualified tenants with an option for home ownership.

In addition, the Bay City Housing Authority aims to promote personal, economic and social upward mobility to assist residents to make the transition from subsidized to non-subsidized housing and to provide an incentive to private property owners/landlords to rent to low income families offering timely assistance payments and excellent service.

Fridays 8:00 AM til 12 Noon.

Section 8 Hours

Mon-Thurs 7:30AM - 3:30PM
Fridays 8:00AM-12 Noon.
