  • Launching later this year, the Bay City Housing Authority is excited to share we are developing an after school program for our residents. 
• First Time Homebuyer Seminar
  • In order to empower our residents, the Bay City Housing Authority is in the process of planning a first-time homebuyer seminar which will provide insight into the homebuying process and beyond.
