Our Waiting List for Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV) / Section 8 is currently CLOSED. We are NOT taking applications at this time.

Our Waiting List for Public Housing (PH) is currently OPEN. We are taking applications at this time.

We do not have Emergency Housing available. If you are looking for additional housing resources, please see our Emergency Housing page.

To apply for Public Housing or to check the status of the Waiting List, please contact us or stop by our office located at 3012 Sycamore Avenue, Bay City, TX 77414, during our normal office hours (Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and Friday, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm).

Please note that you must have the following required identification items:

ID/Driver's License
Original Birth Certificates
Social Security Cards for ALL household individuals (No exceptions)
